On february 2nd, the release show at TRIX – Antwerp for our latest album ‘Lighter’, fully sold out.
One of those unforgettable nights. This is the aftermovie of that show.
BIO
A strong willed alternative rockband from Belgium with a fierce live reputation juggling garage rock, grunge and stoner drenched in 90’s vibe.
They just released their fifth full album – LIGHTER – this time on Polder Records. Again they joined forces with Pieter Kloos (Motorpsycho, The Devil’s Blood, Peter Pan Speedrock, Dool, …). The release party at Trix Club – Antwerp fully sold out weeks before the event.
Tangled Horns played festivals such as Roadburn, Desertfest, Alcatraz Open Air, Groezrock, … ; toured in Germany, The Netherlands and the UK; and played support shows for the likes of Clutch, Red Fang, Fu Manchu …
Aardschok Magazine once said about Tangled Horns: “Brutal and grotesk stoner violence that measures up to the best of Melvins and Clutch, the altrock of Barkmarket and the catchy grunge of Nirvana.
LATEST PROJECT – TATTOORIST
In 2025-2026 Tangled Horns took a short side step. For Tattoorist, the VRT Canvas series in which tattoo artist and TV maker Tijs Vanneste travelled to London, Paris, Rome, Amsterdam, Vienna and Berlin, the band reworked well-known songs tied to each of those cities. Tijs added a few songs of his own and wrote a “Day After” soundscape for every city. Together they bring it all to the stage. A great ride, and a fresh look at songs everyone knows.
